Le’veon Bell does not sign his franchise tag and he won’t play this season

The Steelers have made a official statement on Le’veon Bell not signing his franchise tag before the deadline at 4 PM Eastern, Rapsheet came out with tweet saying he did have 30 minutes left and it didn’t look like he was coming. I love the fact that James Connor gets to stay as the number one running back, because he has been doing a better job this season then Bell and he has been running the ball hard. He’s just a better fit for this team (in my opinion).
