The Steelers have been keeping a open mind out trading Le’veon Bell before the trade deadline (October 30th), La Confora said that Rooney has given permission to the front office to trade Bell. It does look like that Bell will come back to the team after the deadline, and Rooney expects that Bell will be on the roster.
