The Eagles have made the move to sign cornerback Dexter McDougle, and let me just say that he’s been on and off teams for the past couple of years. He played with the Jets, Eagles, Saints, Jaguars, and now finally back for the Eagles. So, I would say he’s been having a bumpy road for the past couple of seasons.
