Former Seahawks and Jets running back Thomas Rawls signs with the Bengals for a year, The Bengals cut running back Tra Carson which made the open spot for Rawls. Joe Mixon is currently out with a knee injury and will be back in a couple of weeks, but for right now Rawls will try to help out Andy Dalton and the running game for the Bengals.
