It’s been known and rumored now for a couple weeks now that running back Le’veon Bell won’t play but James Connors will start and play for the Steelers against the Browns, remember that Bell hasn’t signed his franchise tag (worth 14.5 million dollars). So fantasy footballers don’t play Le’veon even though they are playing the Browns defense.
