The Rams cornerback Aqib Talib will return this December due to a successful ankle surgery, and the NFL came out with a rule stating that if a player is on injury reserve must miss up to eight weeks. Here’s what head coach Sean McVay said on his surgery. “We’re very encouraged,” McVay said. “And I know Aqib feels that way and we’re looking forward to getting him back.”
