49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo suffers a knee injury

As the 49ers lose to the Chiefs, their starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffers a knee injury and was carted off and went to the locker room, before he went into the locker room he was in the medical tent and then went off to the locker room for further tests. Backup QB CJ Beathard started right away after Garoppolo went down.
