The Patriots have announced that they signed former Titans/free agent Eric Decker to a 1 year contract, earlier this week Decker worked out with the Patriots and then yesterday the Patriots did release wide receiver Jordan Matthews who was apparently dealing with a hamstring issue/injury. So adding him would help with extra depth after receiver Julian Edelman got suspended for using PED’S.
