The Saints have signed former Bills/free agent wide receiver Brandon Tate, he is the second receiver to get signed after former Vikings, Patriots, and Cardinals receiver Michael Floyd. Last season Tate had 6 receptions for 81 yards, he also had 548 yards kicking returns and 193 punting yards.
