FA WR Eli Rodgers resigns with the Steelers

The Steelers are resigning wide receiver Eli Rodgers to a 1 year deal, Rodgers met with the Chiefs earlier this week and no contract was being made. Today, he went to go meet the Steelers officials and it looks like they found a contract agreement.
