Edmonton Eskimos have dropped WR Terrell Owens from the negotiations

Edmonton Eskimos have dropped wide receiver Terrell Owens from their negotiations list and now can sign with any CFL team, the Eskimos were only going to give him 54K and this allowed them to move on from Owens.
