The Denver Broncos have signed undrafted free agent wide receiver Mark Chapman, Chapman started 32 out of 45 games in college and had 147 receptions for 2,040 and tacked along 10 touchdowns. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats made him their first round draft pick in the 2018 CFL draft, but he didn’t sign yet because he wants to get a job in the NFL first.
