Titan’s OT Jack Conklin will not be cleared to start training camp because knee injury

Titans offensive tackle Jack Conklin will not be cleared for the start of training camp due to knee injury, he suffered a torn ACL during the season and is on the physically unable to preform list by the beginning of the season.
