Owners on Tuesday took a vote to change the kickoff. The kickoff will be more like punts and limit full speed collisions, they made this decision with the special teams coaches and the members of the league's Competition Committee. Do you think this is a good choice? They are making it look like it’s less competitive and less collisions when doing a kick return, and who likes them changing it to a punt? That to me is just crazy, who agrees? Also they made this other change, where if a player lowers his head to initiate and make contact with his helmet against an opponent it is a foul.
