Eagles signing former Steelers and Bears WR

Eagles sign Markus Wheaton to a one year deal! He is a former Steelers and Bears wide receiver, will he have his contract renewed after his first one is up? I would think he will get 122 receptions, 8 touchdowns, and 320 yards. Agree or disagree?
