Where will the Honey Badger go?

I am a huge Cardinal fan, and I got upset when they let go of the Honey Badger because of money. I thought the Honey Badger would had played amazing in Arizona this coming up season, but now where is he going to go? Is he going to play higher once leaving in AZ or lower since leaving AZ? I think he can go to the Patriots, Cowboys, Dolphins, Packers, Panthers, or the Broncos. I think the Broncos with Von Miller and the Badger this defense can get more elite with those two guys, or with the Patriots for the CB or S position so he can help out the Pats D.
